SEO King, Inc. Blog - Nothing like blog neglect
Yes, it’s true. When you find yourself extraordinarily busy, it’s quite easy to neglect publishing anything of significant value to your company blog. In many ways, it’s why I personally take time to counsel clients who want a company blog about the time requirements associated with creating and maintaining quality posts.
When you utilize a company blog, the information really should be relevant to educating your prospective clients and visitors about things that are going on within your company. You can also use them for educating clients on, as an example, industry news. The one thing you should never do, is utilize your blog in an effort to “Create” fake link popularity. This is a huge no-no that goes on all the time – with dire consequences.
One conclusion I’ve made, yeah – a no brainer, is we need to utilize our own company blog more effectively to communicate with you, our prospective clients. While we certainly do not do press releases for every client we take on, we do have news that we feel is important and want our visitor to easily be able to learn about. I’ll be creating a new section today for our press releases designed to replace the press release section contained on our corporate site. I simply feel this is a better location for them, and it makes the updating of this information much simpler for us and more readily accessible for you.
So, after the holidays (God bless Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks) I, or someone from our office, will attempt to better utilize our blog for what it was intended. Heck, I might actually get motivated to blog about topics I see in the SEO forums that really just make me so aggravated. (I just might have to start today…lol)As it is heading up quickly on Christmas and I am a parent with a child that LOVES Christmas (I think it’s the gifts she loves….tsk…rather than the actual day). Take a minute to send your kid a free letter from Santa at http://www.officialsantamail.com. I signed my daughter up today (HA!), just to aggravate her since she’s 15 years old going on 30~ Lord Help Me!
See, we do actually know how to use this thing!
